While Red Planet Software's products are designed for ease of use, we provide a variety of support services to ensure that your business can maximise the benefits of this powerful package. In customising the software to suit your needs, we can also provide tailored support services and advice.

Implementation
Red Planet Software provides pre-implementation support and assistance during the entire software development life. Our support covers assistance with developing requirements, supply of functional specific documentation and support during the coding and testing phases. We work with our clients to ensure a quality product in the required timeframe and budget.

Technical Support
Your Red Planet Software account manager is the primary contact point. They will direct any queries to the most suitable qualified person for the support you need. In addition, we provide a web-based tracking system, where you can log and monitor any change or support requests.

Training
We offer both on-site and computer-based training. This means we can train your staff (or just train your trainers) in their workplace. A Powerpoint training program that users can work through at their own pace is also supplied.

Data Conversion
Red Planet Software can convert data from your legacy system. This tends to be required in about half of our new installations. While each conversion exercise is unique and always complex, we have many years of experience in this area. We can ensure accurate conversion with all reports necessary to satisfy audit requirements.

Custom Development
While our base system can handle the standard requirements of most clients, we recognise that all business are different. To that end, we offer a customisation service to allow you to enhance your version of the product to maximize both the fit to your business and your competitive advantage.
